In the early years, there were several faithful servants of God who pioneered the gospel outreach in Thailand. One of them whom I knew was the late Rev. Paul Kuo. Rev. Kuo was faithful and zealous for the Lord’s work. Despite facing many obstacles and difficulties in the ministry, he never quit. He persevered till the end. He was an exemplary servant of God. A man of prayer, Rev. Kuo often knelt to pray. His voice was loud and clear. He was sincere, fervent and persistent in his prayers. I saw in him a godly man who demonstrated his love and reverence to God. With many ministry challenges weighing on his shoulders, Rev. Kuo would cast his burden upon the Lord, praying many times a day.
